When you call The Sykes Group, you will speak to our knowledgeable and helpful office staff. They will guide you through the entire process of setting up an initial evaluation, helping you with your insurance coverage, and then billing your insurance company for you during counseling.
The Sykes Group staff are experienced in dealing with insurance and managed care companies and will work to make the financial part of counseling go smooth. You can reach an office staff member from 9am-9pm Monday through Thursday, 9a-5pm on Friday and 9a-5pm on Saturdays.
